The high priests, elders and mages are called Arcanists who are indoctrinated and skilled in studying powerful artifacts. Most of the Arcanists don’t agree on the origin of such mystical and powerful materials and each possess various sources of power. They are highly sought after as advisors to the wealthy and powerful.
